I don't have much to say since I've only watched my friend play through the beginning (4ish hours?) but it looks gorgeous. I will tentatively refer to it as Persona Fire Emblem. Perhaps this is silly of me, but I'll be looking forward to having an 18yo protagonist that's not in high school. He looks pretty cool, too.
